Data systems, automations and applied AI for owner-run businesses. Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
I am twenty, studying finance and economics at Brunel, and I spent my placement year inside a business watching the same problem repeat: the numbers already existed, they just lived in five places that never spoke to each other, and nobody had the hours to sit down and reconcile them. So I started building the thing I kept wishing was there. My first build matched £11M of revenue to the penny against the source records and caught a £5,500 double count the existing software had missed. I work in Claude, Supabase, n8n and Vercel, read-only at every edge, and I write down what I did so that somebody who is not me could pick it up tomorrow.
The four questions I get asked first.
Four questions, answered straight. Nothing here has been written for me by anybody else.
What I actually do“I implement automation systems, connect up data, and put AI to work producing outputs a business can actually use: to make better informed decisions, and to stop people spending hours on tasks that no longer need a human doing them. I am trying to help small and medium sized businesses close the gap that AI is opening up. It is for the ones who want something implemented but have no idea where to start, and who the people they would normally go to would charge enormous upsell fees. Messy data, messy spreadsheets, messy systems, not a lot of order. That is what this is for.”

How I got here“The honest answer is that working at Oriel, and what I study in finance and economics, let me see it firsthand. I spotted major flaws in how businesses operate, and that certain tasks could be systemised in a way that cut a lot of time and produced far more useful output. There are a lot of outdated systems, and businesses do not have the time or the capacity to keep up with something that is changing constantly. I noticed it and thought I would build the thing they could use. I am young, I am ambitious, and I have seen it first hand. That is how I ended up here, trying to close a gap in the market.”

What most people in this miss“AI is moving quickly and everybody feels like they are behind. What you actually need is somebody who can see where the problems are: the manual, slow tasks costing you time and money. Then an actionable plan, and a system that helps you make the decisions. That is what the audit is for. I have been using these tools for a few years and I know how to implement them, not just buy a subscription. That is what most people miss: they do not know how to use it, and they have not got the time to learn it, because running a business is busy and time gets lost. What I am good at is assessing a business, assessing the systems, finding where the problem actually is, and building something personalised to your applications rather than implementing something you do not need.”

How I work with you“I refuse to go in and edit your data or put it at risk. Everything is read-only. And I will always talk to anyone who enquires; I will not ignore you. If you have a need you think I can solve and it is not listed, call me and we can deviate from the fixed services. On trust: everything I do is visible. The method is on this site, the worked examples are there to download before you buy anything, and the data precautions are written down rather than promised. What I want is for you to finish reading and think about your own business: that there are probably systems in it that are mismatched and disconnected, that nobody has ever really checked, and that it is quietly costing you time and money.”
